MacGillis Education Group LLC ("MacGillis Education Group", "we", or "our") operates www.macgilliseducation.com ("Website") and provides classes, tutoring and other educational services, as more specifically set forth on the Website and in accordance with the course listing you select during the enrollment process ("Services"). The words "you" and "your" are used as substitutes for users of our Website and/or Services.

This Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") concerns Personal Information, as explained in Section 1 below. Personal Information may include information that you submit when you access and use the Website and/or Service as well as information automatically collected when you access the Website. This Privacy Policy also explains activities regarding your Personal Information, including but not limited to how it is collected, used, disclosed, and secured as well as the rights available to you.

You are required to read, understand, and agree to this Privacy Policy as well as our Terms and Conditions and Cookies Policy. You are also required to print a copy of each for future reference. By using the Website and submitting the requested information, you hereby agree to how MacGillis Education Group collects and processes your Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you disagree, you do not have permission to access and use the Website or the Services. In addition, you should not submit any information.

As part of the registration process, Personal Information collected from a parent or legal guardian may include a child’s name, birthday, address, grade, school information.

The Studio Director – for registration.
Wix – Our Website is built and hosted by Wix.
Fackbook and other social media apps – for digital marketing.
Google Classroom and Gmail – for learning management and communication.
Ring Central – for communication.
Zoom – for conferencing, teaching and communication.

You agree that MacGillis Education Group shall not be responsible for the Personal Information collected by the third-party software you use via the Website or when using our Services.

3. WHAT DOES MACGILLIS EDUCATION GROUP USE PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED FOR?

Any Personal Information collected by MacGillis Education Group is for a purpose in relation to your use of our Website or our Services, such as processing, and delivering your orders.

Provide Services to You: MacGillis Education Group collects Personal Information to send you emails about your registration, perform tasks required to complete a transaction, provide customer support, or provide other types of customer relationship management and fulfillment. If you are using the Website from outside the United States, please be aware that your Personal Information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States where our servers are located, and our central database is operated. Marketing E-mails or Newsletters are the occasional messages sent to your e-mail address or devices for marketing purposes, including offers, bonuses, promotions, and products which we think may interest you (collectively "Marketing E-mails"). By submitting your e-mail address and phone number during the registration process, you are by default added to our newsletter list.

We will continue to send you Marketing E-mails until you opt out of receiving them.

10. YOUR RIGHTS WITH RESPECT TO PERSONAL INFORMATION.

You can review and change your Personal Information by contacting us and stating the Personal Information you'll like to review or change. We cannot delete your Personal Information except by also deleting your user account.

We will respond to a request to access, correct or delete any data within 30 days of the date we receive the request.
